Individual Therapy

Our team works from a client-centered, psychoanalytical approach while working with individuals. Therapy creates the opportunity for clients to connect with themselves on a deeper level than they do in their daily lives. The relationship between the therapist and the client is the foundation for success in therapy. Utilizing Jungian Psychology to support clients with their goals, clients are able to feel heard, connected, validated, and understood. In turn this works to empower clients, and allows them to feel safe in order to be curious about themselves and significant people in their life, and work towards positive change and growth. Individual therapy creates a safe space to explore feelings, feel feelings, and work through difficult feelings and emotions while learning to allow positive emotions into one’s life.
